The World Almanac® and Book of Facts 2016 is a whopping 1008 pages. That is quite a book of reference. My nephew LOVES to get his hands on anything he can read or learn about. Ever since I can remember he has always been ahead in his reading level. I think he read Moby Dick when he was like in 5th grade. He is now in 10th grade and it can be challenging to find him a gift when it comes to Christmas. This year I have it covered with this book.
I will admit the print is small but it can’t be avoided or else the book would be two times the amount of pages. I love that it comes out every year because as we know our world is ever changing. The year in pictures is also awesome, and something you could look forward to every year.
So many people do rely on the internet these days, but there is always something great about having a book in your hand. Also you do not have to worry about being close to a computer if you want to look up something. This book is excellent for anyone that loves reading about facts or talking about facts with others.
