We kept finding ornaments on the floor after putting up the tree. We couldn’t understand what was happening until I caught sight of Juliet out of the corner of my eye. I took a few pictures.

I scolded her and got the “Who me? What?” look.

She scampered away and I thought that was the end of that. Until I saw this out of the corner of my other eye five minutes later. Note she is on the other side of the tree, obviously trying to hide her actions.

I didn’t even get a chance to scold her this time, she caught me watching her and again gave me the look.

Our tree has about half the ornaments on it now that it started out with. Basically the bottom third of the tree is bare.

Kids and pets are fascinated by the sparkling lights.
This looks way too familiar to me!
I have two cats and they seem to love the tree way too much!
My cat used to do this too. Now she just tries to eat the tree. 🙂
She looks just like our cat! Gorgeous and sneaky too.
It would be too hard not to mess with all those sparkling ornaments!
Oh boy. You gotta love cats. I sure do. I inherited my cat from my Grandmother when she had to move, but I wish I had him from a kitten because he does some adorable/funny things now, so I can’t imagine what it would have been like to have had him his whole little life. (He’s almost 18)
