Recently we were asked to help test out the new Wisk With Stain Spectrum Technology detergent by seeing how it performed on certain stains. For this test we were going to put Wisk up again a common carbohydrate stain – catsup. I’m sure you’ve encountered catsup or other carbohydrate stains such as chocolate milk, BBQ sauce and syrup. Those stains can be tough to get out, if they will even come out. We used a brand new white tshirt for this test.

We asked my youngest son to have fun painting on the shirt with the catsup. (We put the catsup on and then let him do his thing.)

After he painted the shirt and basically turned it all red and pink (take a look at the video below and you’ll know what I mean), we treated the shirt with new Wisk With Stain Spectrum Technology. We applied the Wisk to the stains and then rubbed the Wisk into the stains. We then let it sit for five minutes, to give the Wisk a chance to penetrate the fibers of the shirt.
Then we hand rinsed the shirt until suds stopped coming out.

I couldn’t believe how well the Wisk did cleaning the shirt. It got all of the catsup out! (I’d thought it missed one tiny sport but that turned out to be a red fiber.)

Here’s a video of the whole catsup challenge, it’s 4 minutes. I hope you’ll watch it, you’ve just got to see it to believe it. And my son’s cute too, LOL.

WOW – I am amazed! You did a great job showing what Wisk can do! And thanks for the coupon!
I was amazed too!
Wisk is awesome and works great when you have 3 kids like I do 🙂 Thanks for sharing.
I hadn’t used it prior to the challenges I’ve done but will definitely be buying it after the catsup challenge.
Wow, I’m definitely impressed! I’ll be getting some of that for sure – thank you for the coupon! Even without the coupon it’s a decent price. 🙂
It is a very reasonable price, especially considering it actually works!
I keep seeing these Wisk reviews, and they all say it works great. It’s something I need in this house full of messy kids!
I didn’t believe the stain it got out that almost colored the tee 100% catsup red on both sides.
I would have never thought that any detergent would get all of that out, but it did.
Wow! I love how your video showed each step using the product. It did a great job getting that stain out!
It made a believer out of me! I rechecked the shirt today and the stain hadn’t come back, the way sometimes stains do.
Brave woman pouring ketchup on a shirt! And a white shirt. Can’t believe it came out. I don’t currently use wisk products, but I’m more likely to give them a try after seeing how well they work!
I was surprised myself! My Mom suggested we stain a smaller area. I told her I wanted to go all out.
I personally was impressed about how it brightened and whitened your tile tabler grout.
That is pretty cool (and I love how you actually tried it out like a commercial). I use an organic detergent, but it doesn’t always do the job.
That is really cool. I am glad to know that Wisk works so well!!!
