Tubby Table Bath Toy
I don’t know about you but my boys never got tired at bath time. Bath time was fun for them, and they always wanted to play more after a fun bath. Back then there were only so many toys suitable for the bathtub, if they weren’t a boat then they were made to squeeze and squirt. Put two kids in the tub and there was a lot less room, giving kids less room to play. I love the idea of incorporating meaningful activities into bathtime, which is why I thought the Tubby Table sounded interesting and asked Mom Knows It All contributing editor Lara to share her thoughts. Here’s what she had to say.

Developed by moms of twins, the Tubby Table creates a stable play surface for active toddlers and preschoolers to use in the middle of the tub – keeping toys within arms-reach and bath time activity in the middle of the tub.
The table has a big suction cup that sticks to the bottom of the tub and keeps it in place. The size is just right and should fit in just about any size tub. A cushioned non-slip mat that suctions to the bottom of your tub comes with the Tubby Table. For me the mat was just too small to be useful, as I bathe three or four kids at a time. The mat would work well for an older child who kneels. It’d be great to see a differently shaped and sized mat that could accommodate more children available as an option.

The Tubby Table has a nice shape sorter and round edges so no one gets hurt. The shapes have numbers on them which is great for kids to practice counting, as well as colors and shapes. It’s great that there are additional shapes available, to give children some variety and encourage other interests. Overall the Tubby Table is a really cute bath toy, and perfect for  toddler to pre-school aged children. My girls love playing with it at bathtime.
Tubby Table is available for purchase online.

  1. What a cute idea! We don’t do a lot of bath toys (with four kids, I got sick of cleaning them a couple years ago) so their favorite toy is a regular ol’ cup. Hahahah

  2. This looks like a great bath toy! My little guys love bath time. Their favorite toy for bath is a measuring cup! I’m sure if we had this, they’d change their minds!

  3. Ohh how fun..my kids always loved bath time and this looks like such a cool toy to keep them occupied for a little bit in the tub, too.. Love it.. thanks for sharing

  4. Hi, I just wanted to say that this is a great bath toy. I was given this toy because that is my daughter on the box. I accidentally stumbled onto this post. I have had this toy for two years now. My kids ages 3 and now 5 play with it all the time. It stays looking new. I have never had it mold and they even play with it out of the tub. Even if my daughter was not on the box, I would highly recommend this for young children. It is very sturdy and made of strong materials too.
