This is a different take on the Tarzan we all grew up on. Its a story of a boy who parents died after his father touched a meteor which made their helicopter crash. He is raised by the gorillas but since he was older when he became an orphan he knew how to speak human and to animals. Jane’s father is a tour guide for the island. Tarzan’s father was a part of a company before he died and wanted the precious metal that made up the meteor. Jane comes over with the company thinking they have the best interest for the land, but they really just wanted the meteor. The adventure then turns into stopping them.
It is a good movie. My kids really enjoyed all the action. Especially B. The animation was different as well it was more along the lines of something you would see in a better video game.

Burrough’soriginal 24 book series began in 1902 so no wonder a millennium later adaptors would reinvent. Look how directors have changed the movies.
I will have to watch this movie with my youngest son. I bet he will enjoy it.
If we see this we’ll pick it up. I think my son is the perfect age to like Tarzan.
I’m so glad I saw this review. I’ve wondered about this movie and if my kids would enjoy. I think we’ll give it a try.
