How do you eat string cheese? My older son peels it, or maybe some people call it stringing. I tend to just bite it. My son insists it tastes different depending on how you eat it. I don’t find that to be the case. Packaged mozzarella cheese was on sale last week at the Shop Rite so I bought a package. I opened it and cut it up into small slices and have been snacking on it that way. To me it tastes about the same and it costs a lot less. Recently I tried a cheddar and mozzarella string cheese which I was unable to string because of the texture if the cheddar.
