We have always encouraged my older son to bring his friends over. I’d rather know who he’s with and what he’s doing than not. He went to my parents to show them his class’ new fundraiser book. While he was out I started hearing noises on my front porch. I got up and was startled to see one of my son’s friends peeking in the picture window. Now our windows are currently covered by those cheap mini blinds you can buy anywhere for about $5. And my son loves to peek through them to see what’s going on so they’ve gotten quite banged up and dented. Well after this afternoon’s experience, I’m thinking we need some new window coverings. I consulted with my favorite know it all (google) and after clicking about for a bit settled in at the Just Blinds website. My hubby put bamboo blinds on 3 of the 5 screened windows on the back porch. He didn’t cover the other 2 windows because Home Depot didn’t have the right size. This site has every size available, so now I can tell him he can cover the other two windows. As far as in the house, the living room windows definitely need to be replaced. And Just Blinds has some really nice wood blinds that I like alot, and I doubt anyone could peek through those. Now I know what I want to buy when I’m back to work and have money coming in again.
