Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher #MasterYourHome
At about 8am on a weekday morning I am usually the only one home that is awake. But two weeks ago the whole house was not only awake, but literally chattering with anticipation. For that was the day that we were getting our new dishwasher installed.
Our old dishwasher was somewhere in the neighborhood of fifteen years old. It was the most basic of basic models. One of its two cycles didn’t work. The one that did work didn’t clean all that well. It leaked. And, it was incredibly noisy and loud. If you were sitting in the living room you would literally have trouble hearing the television over the sounds of the dishwasher. So, you can probably understand why we were all excited about the arrival of our new Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher.
We knew the dishwasher was coming that day because we’d gotten a reminder call the night before. Then, we got another phone call that morning, letting us know the installers were on their way. The 2-man installation team arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They left no mess at all. Before they left one of the men showed me how to work the dishwasher.

Open up the WaterWall and you will find three trays. Up top you will find the FlexTray, which is a removable, flexible tray that’s a perfect place to put smaller gadgets like sippy cup lids and utensils like serving spoons and such. Underneat the FlexTray you will find two more traditional racks. If you need to accommodate taller items such as platters and plates, the height of racks can be adjusted.

The controls for the WaterWall are all hidden inside the door. It’s really cool! The Samsung Dishwasher has five wash cycles and additional options that you can choose when starting a load of dishes. The wash cycles available include Express 60, Auto, Normal, Heavy, and Delicate. Express 60 is for a really quick load. Auto lets the machine determine which cycle is needed. The additional options available include sanitizing and drying. Once you’ve chosen your options you press start. Or if you want to run them later for some reason, use the delayed start.
The Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher creates a powerful sweeping wall of water to get everything clean. It’s got three wash spray arms. It’s pretty neat, and it does a great job! You can check out the Samsung WaterWall video on the Best Buy site. For the first couple of days after our dishwasher was installed I found myself opening the dishwasher midcycle just to catch a quick glimpse of it in action.

The Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher was designed to be both powerful and flexible. It’s chock full of spaces that fold up and down, or flip up, so it can handle items of all different sizes.  It can handle anything you’ve got, including silverware, serving utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. It can even handle wine glasses with the special holder that it comes with!
It was not uncommon to do a load of dishes in our old dishwasher only to wind up with dishes that were still dirty. I am not big on rinsing dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. For the past 18-24 months we’ve had to rinse many dishes before we could put them in our old dishwasher, just in the hopes they’d get semi-clean. We are really enjoying not having to rinse dishes anymore, as the Samsung WaterWall has handled everything with ease. All of the glasses, dishes, silverware, and even pots and pans have come out clean the first time. No dirt. No spots. Just clean dishes.
Now if you have pots, pans and cookware that you feel might need a little extra attention you can use the Zone Booster System. You place those items in a zone. All you need to do to activate it is to select the zone that needs the extra attention when you’re choosing the settings. This gives the WaterWall a cleaning boost, a little extra oomph, to ensure your dishes come clean the first time.
The WaterWall is unbelievably quiet. We could never hear ourselves think when our old dishwasher was running. Now we can hardly hear the dishwasher running at all. It’s so quiet that we’ve learned to look for the glowing blue light, which indicates that the dishwasher is in operation. The lack of noise is courtesy of the Quiet Operation-Special Insulation System, which significantly reduces Noise to 42dBA.
We are loving the new Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a full-featured dishwasher that gets the job done. Are you overdue for a new dishwasher? Like how this one sounds? You can get it at Best Buy!

  1. My poor dishwasher is on it’s last legs. I would love to replace it with one of these 🙂

  2. This looks like a great dishwasher. I will keep this in mind when we need to get a new one.

  3. That is all kinds of awesome. As a mom with kids that drink from sippy cups, I have to say that the top tray has me all googly-eyed. I love that!

  4. I want this!!! It got everything, stylish, classy and the compartments for zippy cups, amazing!!!!

  5. My sister-in-law just got this dishwasher and she absolutely loves it! I love that top rack. That would come in handy.

  6. I really think I’d love that top tray! My problem is that I end up having sippy cup lids and other smaller things like that drop down on the floor of the washer and the coil burns a hole in them. Also, my spatulas and stuff, I can’t stick in with the silverware cause they’re too tall so those would work on that top tray too!

  7. That’s nice to know that it’s quiet. That’s the one thing that really aggravates my husband, is how loud ours is. We have to turn our tv way up when it’s running!

  8. I love a dishwasher that saves on water and energy. That is my key feature I look for when buying one.

  9. I would love to have a dishwasher like this one. We have a dishwasher, but it has not worked since we moved in. My husband does all the dishes, and has for almost 23 years, but he is started to complain a bit.
