MY THOUGHTS
As someone who’s ranged from size 12 and 14 all the way up to size 3x and 4x, I really appreciate a company who carries a range of sizing. At my fattest I couldn’t shop in most stores because they didn’t carry plus sizes. And now that I’m not necessarily a plus size, I notice that plus size stores don’t always carry non-plus sizes. I’m sure most of you have clothing in a couple of sizes, for changes in temperatures, layering and even the time of the month. Fresh Produce is a retailer that actually carries a HUGE range of sizes, from infants and girls all the way through women and plus size outfits. Their womens sizes alone range from XS to 3X. That’s not the only thing that differentiates them from many other retailers. The Fresh Produce motto is “live life enjoy color”. Their clothing not only comes in a full range of sizes, but it also comes in a range of lovely colors and patterns. There’s nothing plain about these clothes!
I received the Lines Askew Cowlneck Top in size XL/XXL. I selected it because I love cowlnecks, and because it was really unique in the shaping. I didn’t like things that had a tight fit when I was overweight and I still don’t. I love that this cowlneck top is loose. The lines are uneven, making them perfect to be loose and flowing and hide trouble spots like my muffin top. It’s super soft and comfortable. It’s the perfect weight, light enough that you won’t seat and thick enough that it takes the chill off. Spring is here but our weather is still all over the place, so this is the perfect type of top for me right now. They aren’t selling this particular top right now, but if you’re looking for a regular or plus size sweatshirt they have a lot of really nice styles. Plus they’ve also got a line of brand new summer items too!
