Hi there! I am Shaun – I’m a New Hampshire native who likes to drop my Rs and use the word “wicked” with enthusiasm. I will argue that Maine lobster is best and that New England Clam Chowder should not have tomatoes in it. I’m married to my HS sweetheart, Marc, and together we are raising Paige (b May 2010) and Brody (b December 2015). We also have 2 very friendly cats who think they rule the house. When we’re not busy containing the chaos of two kids, I work at a local Ford dealership, pretend that I’m good at photography, and usually have my nose stuck in a book.

Being an adult woman, I find it hard to find a nice lunch box for me to have. I’ve had the basic ones you find at Walmart, Target, Dick’s but there are never any fun colors and they all look the same. When I heard about Pursebox, I knew I had found what’s been missing my whole life!
Pursebox is a lunchbox that looks like a purse. The bag is fully insulated like a lunch box and designed to keep food cool for six hours. It’s made with high-end food safe, BPA free fabrics. The interior is the typical lunch box interior that is loose so you can shake out crumbs and is wicked easy to clean. Pursebox was designed to be used with items such as a thermos and bento boxes. I pack a sandwich and Tupperware and still have room for baggies of snacks to help me get through my day. My one wish is that there was an outside pocket for utensils so you don’t waste space on the inside for a fork, spoon, or knife.
I love how with my Pursebox I have two ways to wear it and the longer strap is removable. It’s different so I don’t have to label it when it’s in the community fridge at work and it fits my lunch and snacks easily.
Pursebox was actually designed with tweens in mind. Founders Melissa Yanovitch and Jennifer Bivona believe the time has come for a more refined lunchbox. With their passion for fashion and entrepreneurship, Bivona and Yanovitch are proud to present girls with an innovative and trendy solution to an otherwise mundane product. Young girls are a distinct market segment whose taste is always evolving and ultimately as they grow, they will help shape entire markets. “Our goal is to be two steps ahead of researching the wants and needs of tweens in discreet areas of fashion and diversify our product line over time,” explains Bivona.
I feel Pursebox is great for any young girl, tween or adult woman that is bringing their lunch somewhere. I have received numerous compliments on it, even from guys at work who want to get their wives something different. Pursebox delivers that something different for holding your lunch while still being practical at the same time. It’s fashionable, it’s fun. It’s what we deserve!
Pursebox bags are available for purchase on the Pursebox website.

That is super convenient I love the idea of an insulated pursebox. OH the uses for this. It’s stylish looking as well!
How cute is that, my daughter would love one of these! I can think of a million times I could use this too!
My nieces would definitely love to use a Pursebox! They are really cute. I wouldn’t mind having one for myself!
Oh this is such a cool little purse. I could use it for so many things. I am definitely going to be getting one of these for myself and my daughter.
I like it. Ideal for airline travelers especially who are allowed to bring their food onboard.
