I remember when printers were huge and expensive. It seems like as printers become more affordable they’re also becoming smaller. Last year my brother (LB2) bought my Dad a portable printer for his laptop. It’s something like that a receipt printer but bigger – it prints on regular size paper. It saved both my Mom and I some trouble on our recent trip to Florida. I needed some information from an email that would have been too tedious to write out. Mom needed specific information she’d printed at home and forgotten to bring. Fortunately for us Dad was able to access all of the information we needed and print it out. It was very helpful. If you travel a lot it’s definitely something you ought to look into. I think it’s amazing how much technology has changed. We’ve come so far that you no longer have to be in a specific location to print, you can do it anywhere.
