Poise Microliners
I’m a positive person by nature, and I love to laugh. It’s always been that way. My Mom got notes home from school saying what a happy and good-natured child I was. That continued straight through to present time, with the exception of my high school years where laughter was often overshadowed by bullying.
After getting married I found myself working in computer sales, in a large call center. You know the kind – giant room with lots of aisles full of cubbies. I used to sit by a guy named Gary. He actually requested to have his seat moved because of me. He told the supervisor “I can’t bear to constantly have to listen to someone so damned cheerful”. I kid you not. I laughed when I heard him say it and I laughed even harder when they moved him over near the bathroom.
A few years later I had my first child. If you have children, then you know how much entertainment they can provide. I found myself laughing as much or more then ever. You have to. They’re cute. They’re funny. They don’t know how to reason yet. They don’t understand the laws of the universe (such as sound carries).
TJ was born in November. I did a lot of smiling during his first few months. Then, as his personality started coming out I’d find myself laughing. We had some company over once. We were trying a new food and he made just THE funniest face. It was so funny I found myself howling and was almost doubled over in laughter holding my stomach. Until I wasn’t laughing anymore and I found myself having the urge to put my hands in front of my privates. No SAM is a member of the Poise family. He’s the star of the new Poise Microliner. These are the thinnest microliners available today, and they are perfect for anyone who deals with light bladder leakage. SAM stands for super absorbent material. SAM is so discreet that noone knows he’s there.

SAM weighs almost nothing and is ridiculously thin. I’m not kidding about the thin, he’s about the thickness of some toilet paper! Look!

  1. I had issues while I was pregnant, but not as much after my son was born. I’m sure if I have more children, this will be a different story.

  2. It is nice to see a product that addresses what is an embarrassing and frustrating thing for so many. Anything that makes life a little easier is a win in my book.

  3. Not yet, but if my mom and gram (ha, they’d not want me to post that on the Internet) are any indication, my time’s a coming. 🙂 Thank you for the review!

  4. Having a positive, outgoing attitude towards life is fantastic! I definitely recommend that to everyone as well as laughing a lot and it sounds like you’ve already got that down 🙂 While I don’t leak when I laugh I do tend to leak when my bladder is on the full side and I get up to go somewhere.

  5. Thank goodness this is not an issue for me. It’s great that there are products out there though to help with this issue.
