I’ve known for a long time that my husband doesn’t always listen. Before surgery I ended up putting the can out for the garbage truck about 75% of the time. This morning I went outside because I thought I heard the truck going around and the can wasn’t out in the street again! This made about the fourth time in two months. In I came ranting like a lunatic. A few minutes later I see the baby’s bus pull up outside. I actually said out loud to myself (because I was annoyed at my hubby about the garbage) “I told him yesterday not to come because he wasn’t going to school today”. And the bus pulled away. Obviously the bus driver, a man, didn’t listen to me wither. So why do some men choose not to listen?
