They are handmade in NYC USA, with love. (but are sent all over the world, she will send them anywhere). These are offered in a variety of colors for ages 0-3 months up to 3T/4T. Lili Collection makes it easy for you to know what size to order. All that is required is measuring the bottom of their feet in inches.
