Today is my 22nd wedding anniversary. Yes, I’m still very peeved with hubby but I still love him. Anyway. My truck is out of commission, which means I’m stuck in the house today. It bothers me that I don’t have a gift for him today. I do have his birthday gift (his birthday is tomorrow) which cost me a few pennies. I could give it to him today and say it’s for both our anniversary and his birthday but then he wouldn’t have anything to open tomorrow. I’m leaning towards giving him an IOU. Would you be terribly disappointed if you got an IOU for an anniversary gift? I would, which is why I’m disappointed with myself for waiting until the last minute.
