I have watched this series since the first episode came to the Thursday night lineup. Any other show that I have watched produced by Shonda Rhimes there has been no disappointments.
Season 1 ended with Annalise being shot and wondering who did it. The series is so full of twists and turns you are never quite sure what is going to happen next. Then just when you think you figured it out, the plot changes and it wasn’t the outcome that you thought it would be. Things are not always what the appear to be, especially when it comes to Annalise and her crew.
In Season 2 you have many different plots going on. Each character seems to have something different happening, and yet they all intertwine with each other’s stories. Deceit lies and steamy moments seem to fill each episode leaving you waiting for the next week to come. Now with Season 2 on DVD, there is no waiting a week to see what is coming next. There are 15 episodes total on one disc. Included are never-before-seen bonus features which are only available on this DVD.
The reason I feel that this series keeps me coming back for more is because I love mystery type dramas. There are quite a few scenes that are risky, and I really don’t think they need to go as far as they do. We can all imagine what it is eluding to or what they are insinuating. Other than that I have no issues or concerns on the show.
If you haven’t had a chance to watch Season 1, you can also purchase that too so that you will be ready to delve into the exciting Season 2.
Included in the series is actor Vila Davis (Annalise), Billy Brown (Nate), Alfred Enoch (Wes Gibbins), Jack Falahee (Connor Walsh), and Katie Findlay (Rebecca Sutter) and that is just to name a few.
This season box set has subtitles and is in widescreen. It is in English with French, Spanish and English subtitles. It is produced on behalf of Walt Disney Studios and has 645 minutes of non-stop drama and suspense. If you haven’t given this series a try yet, now is the time before Season 3 comes back on September 22, 2016.
I admit that this series title worries me about the thought message it may cover to the stupid and impressionable.
This is a good show and I am going to have to look into getting this on DVD. I love the mystery dramas and you are right about all the twists and turns in this one. I used to watch when I had cable. Thanks for a great review.
I haven’t had a chance to view Season 1 yet. I need to catch up before getting into Season 2. I like that it’s not predictable!
