Well I made it through my first day (and night) at home. I couldn’t get comfortable in the bed laying down. Hubby ended up propping every pillow we could find behind me so I was at an angle. I didn’t get a lot of sleep, and the sleep I got wasn’t great. I’m taking Percoset for the pain, which is pretty considerable. I slept most of the day. I still have the chills. The home health nurse will be coming out tomorrow to check the wound. I am eating but my appetite is not the same as pre-surgery. A good thing?
