One of the numerous reasons I like to make one-pot meals is because it saves on the amount of dishes that I have to wash. So it goes to reason that one pan that could do the work of many would make me happy. The Copper Chef pan strives to be that pan.
The Copper Chef is a non-stick pan that can be used for all sorts of dishes, allowing it to act as a frying pan, baking pan, roasting pan, stock pot, rice cooker, wok and more. The pan works on all types of stovetops, including gas, electric, ceramic and induction. I received a 9.5 inch pan, there is also an 11 inch pan available.
I used it instead of a deep fryer to make Ham & Mozzarella Egg Roll Sticks (see photo below, click on it if you wish to see the recipe) and was thrilled with the results. I hate dragging out the deep fryer because it’s such a chore. The Copper Chef handled the frying without any issue and cleanup was a breeze. What makes this pan able to be able to act as a fryer? It’s heat resistant up to 850°. Another dish that I used the Copper Chef to make is Ham And Cheese Hash Browns (see photo below, click on it if you wish to see the recipe). This one-pot meal can get a little sticky with all of the cheese. The Copper Chef’s non-stick coating ensured that nothing stuck to the bottom.
