Infant chairs are very popular items for new parents to want. They can serve a number of purposes. Placing the baby in a seated or partially upright position can give him a different perspective and give the parent a break. Chairs can also help ease symptoms of conditions like reflux and flat head. Chairs are not inexpensive like receiving blankets. And, they have a limited lifespan, with children outgrowing them quickly either in size or weight. It seems like a shame to spend good money on something that might or might not be all that comfortable and that will only be useful for a short time.
Chibebe’s Snuggle Pod is an innovative beanbag chair that is designed to be useful from birth until well into adulthood. I received the Hoot Baby Bean Bag in blue. The print is totally adorable and I was impressed by the quality look and feel of the product.
The Snuggle Pod comes unfilled. This means that it does not include bean bag beans unless you choose to add them to your order with your Snuggle Pod. The beans are available as you purchase the Snuggle Pod, or at most good department stores. To fill it you will need approximately 65lt. of polystyrene bean bag beans. Measuring 72cm L by 52cm W (when filled), the Snuggle Pod is made to stand up to the tough conditions it will be subjected to as a child’s chair. The seat material is a stretch Lycra blend with soft padding for comfort and water resistant backing. The base material features a durable coated polyester fabric water-resistant backing for easy wipe cleaning.
