Everything for sale should be displayed when the sale opens. Some people may say that adding items in later or on a second day will bring people back. I say that’s risky because there is no guarantee they will come back.
Organizing effectively will help you know quickly where things are and what’s been sold. It will also help keep people moving through and buying instead of just rummaging about and moving things around.
Place furniture and other large items near the street in order to attract the attention of potential customers.

Keep things easily stolen near the seller’s line of sight.
I think the cloth is the hardest thing to display.. If it’s folded sometimes people wont like to “mess up” the display. I think the best way is to hang them .
