The hoop itself is very easy to put together. Alternate colors and snap them together. It’s very easy to click together. And you’ll be happy to know that the outer tube is soft. Not like the hoops of old.

And if you need to be away from home you can breakdown the hoop and take it with you. There’s also a picture chart that gives you additional exercises you can do on the road. Hoola hoop with a purpose.
That sounds like such a fun way to get into shape! My sister and cousin are obsessed with hooping. I haven’t tried it yet, but this might be the start for me. I love the two freebies, also.
I’ve got to show this to my daughter. She loves to hula hoop, and this looks like a really fun way to stay in shape.
