In “Doc McStuffins: School of Medicine,” a compilation of engaging Doc McStuffins stories, the many specialties in which doctors practice medicine and health care are highlighted for young kids to comprehend. In her playhouse clinic, Doc is an optometrist, helping her stuffed owl toy, Professor Hoostburgh, to see clearly again. As a dentist, she fixes a tooth on Donny’s toy shark Mr. Chomp and, as a radiologist, Doc takes an inside look at Daisy’s arm after a Roller Disco fall. Then, Doc accidentally sprains her own ankle, so it’s up to her toys to provide the care and compassion to Doc herself and with rest, patience and plenty of cuddles, she will be as good as new, singing “The Doc is in.”
Episodes:

  • Chilly Gets Chilly / Through The Reading Glass (Optometry)
  • Hallie’s Happy Birthday / Shark-Style Toothache (Dentistry)
  • Think Pink / You Foose, You Lose (Sports Medicine)
  • Disco Dress Up Daisy / The Glider Brothers (Imaging/Radiology)
  • Celestial Celeste / Run Doc, Run! (Imaging/Radiology)

My 3 girls LOVE Doc McStuffin so of course we watched Doc Mcstuffin’s School of Medicine DVD. We opened the case and found a free dress up play set inside which my girls thought was great.
Doc McStuffins: School Of Medicine
Doc is always a positive experience shes faced with a challenge and with the help of her stuffed animal friends and toys figure out the issue with an always positive ending. Which I find is very great for kids to see not every difficultly ends badly. Also that everyone has a special thing about them. The only thing that was a little distracting was after an episode there were ending credits. I just feel that if its a DVD credits should be saved for the end. My girls actually did the “aw its over”. But its a great dvd and extra nice with the free play set.

  1. My girls have a Doc McStuffins doll that they play with all the time. Haven’t seen this DVD yet, but I’m sure they know about it already!

  2. This sounds like an adorable DVD which will also help children learn about the different medical professions and maybe then they will not be so scared of the doctor, dentist etc.

  3. Awww what a fun DVD, my daughter loves Doc Ms Stuffins and I really like the show, too. What a great review, thanks for sharing, will add this to our wish list for the movie library.
