We’ve had our Wii for a while. It’s the original white one. Appearance wise I much prefer the newer black one. Wii availability has finally loosened up a lot. It doesn’t come with everything though, and buying Wii accessories can really add up.
Not long after getting our Wii we realized that we wanted to have more players, and needed an additional remote. Sure, for many of the games you can share the remote. We shared the remote for a while. It’s just so much easier when there are two, so that each player has their own instead of rushing to pass one back and forth between turns. Plus, with more than one remote you can have players play at the same time against each other.
If you happen to be looking for an additional black controller and/or Nunchuck I found a deal you’ll want to check out. The bundle I found is a Remote And Nunchuk Combo. It contains one black Wii Remote (batteries sold separately) and one black Wii Nunchuck. These are Bluetooth enabled and compatible with all Wii games. The items added together would usually cost $44.99, but the bundle is currently on sale for $26.99. There is also currently a $2.00 off online coupon and the bundle ships for free.
