My little one really loved this book. His puppy is also named Charlie, so that caught his attention right away. Ree Drummond also included her recipe for Charlie’s Favorite Spaghetti and Meatballs. The illustrations done by Diane Degroat are fabulous and full of detail. Fun story for all little ones to read.

I’ve got to get this for the kids! Ball is such a classic choice for a dog story, and the artwork is amazing.
