Meet Adam Levine.
Born on March 18, 1979 and raised in Los Angeles, California, Adam Noah Levine is a famous songwriter, actor, guitarist and a leading vocal for the pop rock band Maroon 5. His music career started when he joined the alternative rock band Kara’s Flowers as a leading vocal and guitarist in 1994. After three years they released their first album “The fourth world”, which didn’t gain much popularity. The band split up that same year, but they remain divided for long. In 2001 they reformed with a new guitarist and a new name, “Maroon 5”. A year later they released their new album “Songs about Jane”, which gained a lot of popularity. The band was motivated to work more, and released four new albums in the next 12 years, “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” in 2007, “Hands All Over” in 2010, “Overexposed” in 2012 and “V” in 2014. The singer has won three Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two Billboard Music Awards, an MTV Video Music Award and a World Music Award, while being part of the Maroon 5.

Amazing how many greats thrived in California–Ronstadt, the eagles, Browne, Seger and more.
I’d love to see Maroon 5! I kind of have a crush on Adam Levine (who doesn’t?)…so that doesn’t hurt!
I didn’t know his background but love his music now!! I’m a big Adam Levine fan – songs are always so catchy!
1979? Wow, I had no idea he was that young. Glad that was the first thing you let me know. He seems so mature (and I guess he is) on The Voice
