ABOUT MISS CHILD HAS GONE WILD

The third grade has won a weird contest, so they get to go on a field trip to the zoo. That’s how they meet Miss Child, the weirdest zookeeper in the history of the world. She thinks animals are smarter than people! She thinks elephants can paint pictures! She keeps snakes in her pockets for fun! Guess who’s going to wind up in a cage with a lion?

MY THOUGHTS
I received a copy of Miss Child Has Gone Wild. The book is short, fun and easy to read. It’s got humor and silly words and even an occasional rhyme. I can totally see where young children would find it amusing (I giggled a few times myself). I think it’s great when there are books that make kids want to read. This book strives to do just that. It’d be a great book for some fun summer reading.
