Isn’t amazing that you can meet people online that you’ve never met in real life and still know they’re a real friend? I’ve enjoyed making new friends since I started blogging. Some of my online friends are better then my real life friends. Actually, most of my real life friends don’t read my blog so they don’t usually know what’s in it. On the other hand, I have some online friends that I know always read what I have to say so they know what’s going on with me both blog wise and personally.

I would like to let my blogging friend Karen know how much I appreciate her friendship. Karen blogs at The Pond, Winding Threads, My Road and My Opinion Counts. Karen reads, she comments, she even plays my food meme which I’ve been late for for over a month now. She never asks for anything in return. She emailed me the other day just because she’d been wondering how I was feeling. I’ve been in a really big funk lately and haven’t been able to find my Christmas spirit. I was so touched to read her email that she’d been thinking about me that it actually brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Karen, I really appreciate it.
If you’ve got a good friend that you only know online that you appreciate, take a moment to let them know today.
