The town I live in got a record 34 inches of snow.
We’re still digging. (See yesterday’s post.)
Only one of the trucks is dug out and can be used.
I ventured out to the store. Some of the streets in the neighborhood only have one narrow lane cleared. It took me 15 minutes to get there, it usually takes about 3.
It makes the 20 inches that had been forecast by some for this area look good.


That is a lot of snow. And we don’t have a single flake here. I’ve probably just jinxed myself. Happy snowman making!
And the irony of it all is that just blocks away from the bay and a couple of miles from the ocean, snowfall here is less most times but not for the Blizzard of 2010.
