We are a connected home… and by connected, I mean to the World Wide Web. We have so many devices that are hooked to our home Internet. From DVD players, gaming systems, cell phones, tablets, and my computer, we are always on the Internet. While this is really a great thing for us all, it also opens us up to dangerous attacks on our devices. I am online all day with VA work and there are times, in the past, that I have wondered if I was at risk of malware. No matter how much you feel your system is protected, it just isn’t fully. But there is more! You can get a report at any time showing you when dangerous websites have been blocked. It will tell you the exact threat that was blocked and on what website, plus the time and date that Bitdefender BOX protected you. I spent some time looking at the notifications today and found that many were from when I was doing VA work. I have been subjecting my computer to malware for months before Bitdefender BOX came into my life. It is a bit scary that there are so many threats that are hitting our tablets, cell phones, computers, and anything else hooked to the Internet.
I feel so much more secure with regards to our online safety with the Bitdefender BOX in our home. The kids don’t know as much about online safety as I do and I worry about what they are clicking on. It makes me feel great knowing that their tablets won’t be at risk now. But, as I mentioned, I too have been protected, which shows that even those that think they are safe truly aren’t.

I’ve never used Bit Defender but it is definitely worth looking into. I love getting notifications from my security software saying malware was blocked! I don’t like that it’s happening but love knowing I’m protected.

I love this idea! Sure we have antivirus for our PCs but what about tablets and phones? This device seems to cover everything.

BitDefender BOX definitely sounds like an excellent addition to home security. I’m currently studying for a degree in Cyber Security and from your review, it sounds like it is doing a great job. I will have to check it out and read more in-depth information – seems like a great product!
I need this. I have wifi and I live rural. I am always getting Kaspersky (my protection software) saying I am not secure and people could hack me. I need to get better protection just in case even though I have lots of hack proof stuff. Or, I should just use my Mac more.
