It really aggravates me that we don’t find out what supplied the kids need until either just before school starts or the first day.  My oldest son who is starting 6th grade this year. Last week at locker night my hubby was unable to hear what was said about supplies. I emailed the teacher last week and got no answer. I called the school yesterday and left a message for the teacher who was in the building and got no return call. So last night I went to Walmart to pick up what I figured would be the bare necessities. Entire shelves and sections of aisles were empty. I couldn’t find half of what I wanted. I’ve seen after Christmas clearances that were less ravaged. I hope when he comes home today he doesn’t have a big list of stuff he needs, because I’ll probably have to travel all around town to get it.
