The Zing Air Storm Fire Tek Bow is for ages 8+ and comes with three arrows. This bow can fly up to 145 ft and is great for day or night play. We of course had to try it out at night. The arrows glow red with a flip of a little switch and the bow glows green by pushing on the handle. You pull back on the back tab of the arrow and watch and listen to it soar. The arrows bounce back once they hit the target which is a great feature.

This has got to be one of the coolest toys out there. It’s no wonder that the toy was named to Walmart’s 2014 Chosen by Kids Toy Toys List! My husband B was even getting a kick out of it. The arrow heads are made out of foam, but to be safe they definitely shouldn’t be aimed at a human or animal. We did run into a small problem where one side of the bow kept going out but we still had a blast.
The Air Storm Firetek Bow from Zing is available in green and red. It retails for $29.97 and is available at WalMart.

How did your eight+ year old do pulling the bow? Must have been a sight to see.
That is a pretty awesome toy and a great way to teach athletic skills. I actually played with the real deal when I was little because my Dad hunted.
Oh boy that looks like something my boys would like! Sounds like fun!
That does look like fun. It would be great to encourage imaginative play!
Wow, this is awesome. I want one for me, but I guess I could share it with the kids.
With Mockingjay coming out this weekend, the bow would be perfect for gift giving!! My daughter tried archery for the first time on a field trip this week. She’d like to practice with this one!
