I worked in computer sales for over ten years. Back in those days we would often get telephone calls from people after they’d bought something, telling us some silly sounding story.

I forgot to answer the question. The feature I look for most is processing speed/power. I do a lot of video editing so that comes in very handy!

HP keeps up to date with technology and I usually turn to them before anyone else when it’s time to upgrade.
Did someone really ask why their computer came with a cup holder? I find it hard to believe that someone would ever think that the CD tray is a cup holder.
This sounds really neat. I love my HP laptop but my printer stinks. If I try to print a document that is more than one page I always get an error. But if I print one page at a time it works fine. Nobody can figure out how to fix it. Ugg!

I love the idea of the live show and tech demos. It’s really nice to see new tech products and get all your old tech questions answered.
I’ve long been a fan of HP products, and it is lovely to hear they are taking time out to talk to their customers and answer questions.
I used to work for a local internet company a long time ago and we got some pretty crazy phone calls. I bet the ones that HP gets on a daily basis can be quite entertaining as well.

To be honest I don’t buy HP products. I had a really bad experience with them a long time ago. I only use Apple computers and Canon printers. I’m sure their printers are great now because it was a long time ago but have just never wanted to be bothered by them after their horrible customer service experience.

The one thing I look for in a computer is a good reputation, good social network presence (ie answers questions on twitter or facebook) and high consumer ratings.
It’s good HP engage with this kind of stuff now.
