When summer arrives here on the Jersey Shore we start hearing the roar of boat motors. On any given day you can look out into the bay and see lots of boats and personal watercraft having a good time. Of course, as the number of boaters increase so does the chance that some of them are operating under the influence. New Jersey isn’t the only state that faces this serious problem of drivers operating under the influence. Since 1998 Arizona reports that 36% of their fatalities involved alcohol.
