My nephew is at that age where he’s really getting into playing with imaginary play toys, and starting to benefit from educational things as well. The VTech Go! Go! Smart Wheels Airport Playset
The VTech Go! Go! Smart Wheels Airport Playset was very easy to assemble, I did it based on the picture on the box. It took about 5 minutes to put together, the majority of which was spent connecting the pieces of the track to each other. Once assembled, the airport playset has six SmartPoint locations, which when triggered make one of over 120 different sounds and phrases. Here’s a very brief video where you can hear some of the sounds, as well as get an idea of what it looks like while being played with.
The airport playset comes with one vehicle, the airplane. Additional Go! Go! Smart Wheels vehicles are available for purchase separately. The chunky airplane is easy to hold, and maneuvering it around the tracks can help encourage good motor skills. The brightly colored plastic tracks had no problem staying together. The buildings are sturdy, but it should be noted that when flying the plane the tower did move out of place at times. This playset can easily be connected with other Go! Go! Smart Wheels playsets as they all use the same type of track. I think the VTech Go! Go! Smart Wheels Airport Playset is a great toy, and love that it’s interactive and encourages fun and learning.
