BleachSafe Towels Packages
What do you use in the kitchen to dry your hands or dishes, or to dry an area after you’ve cleaned up a spill? I generally use paper towels. Paper towels you use once and throw away, no germs collected. RB uses a kitchen towel. What do you use to pick up hot pots, pans and dishes? I use pot holders. RB uses the kitchen towel I mentioned a moment ago, which he uses for just about everything because he says it’s easier. I hate that he uses the kitchen towel for everything. Why? Because he uses it in the kitchen for a period of time (days usually) and I know it’s collecting germs and that bothers me. Sure, you can wash the towels but if you bleach them to get rid of the germs you’ll end up ruining the towels. Enter BleachSafe Kitchen Towels.

MY THOUGHTS
I received six BleachSafe towels. The towels are surprisingly soft and thick considering they’re kitchen towels. I let RB do his thing with a couple of them for a couple of days and then took them to the laundry. I washed three different color BleachSafe towels – blue, black 7 white, and green & white – together. No sorting of colors. With bleach. All three of the towels came out clean, smelling nice and with their colors intact. I liked knowing that the towels could take that kind of washing and still look good.
BleachSafe kitchen towels are available for purchase online. They retail for $3.99 a piece and are available in a variety of colors and styles.

  1. This is genius! I just ruined a kitchen towel with bleach last week (in addition to two cloth napkins). I try my best to use as little paper products as possible, but to have a towel in the kitchen that can stand up to bleach is amazing!!!
    Great review.
