REVIEW – Bare Escentuals New Spring Products Featuring Honeysuckle

Did you know that Pantone recently named Honeysuckle as the color for 2011, calling it courageous, confident and vital? I honestly didn’t realize that Honeysuckle was in the pink family, and I love pink! I thought it was a beigey sort of color. I am so ignorant when it comes to fashion. See, I don’t get my cosmetics according to the latest style, I get what I like. And I like Bare Escentuals, who’s recently added splashes of Honeysuckle to it’s spring line.

MY THOUGHTS
I love Bare Escentuals. Each of their products that I have tried to date both feel good and look good. I received samples of the products above and found them to be no different. The pink hues are bright and vivid. My favorite of the products above is definitely the Buxom Big & Healthy Lip Polish. I absolutely love this lip gloss! I was really pleased with how long the blush lasted as well. This was the first time I’ve tried the Big & Healthy Lip Stick, which I decided I liked after wearing a few days. It’s not a lip gloss, which I prefer, but it isn’t a traditional lipstick either. What I liked best about it is that it was very easy to manage and apply, there wasn’t a lot of feathering or bleeding because it applies like a lip liner pencil (which I don’t use because I’m too lazy to take the extra step).
