My hubby and I have been married for more than twenty years now. Sometimes I get into a cooking rut, making the same things over and over. I know my hubby would love some flame grilled chicken, because it’s one of his favorites. But it’s winter here in Jersey and I’m not about to start grilling chicken outside in the sleet and cold. So short of lighting the kitchen on fire, I can’t make him the flame grilled chicken he wants. But El Pollo Loco can.
