As is the case for many children, I had a visit from the Tooth Fairy when I lost a tooth as a child. The tradition continued once I had children. Neither of my boys were ever nervous or afraid about losing a tooth but I know there are many children out there who are. In fact,  according to Google, Tooth Fairy related terms generate 500K monthly searches! Teeth Fairies: A Baby Teeth Tradition is a neat way to help parents find creative ways to calm fears, as well as encourage healthy dental habits that will last a lifetime. Here’s a full description of the product.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Teeth Fairies: A Baby Teeth Tradition… is a magical book & doll set created from the heart by the award-winning children’s author Ingrid Benscome – a former elementary school teacher and mother of four – to help educate her children about dental hygiene in a fun and imaginative way and eliminate the fears her children had about losing their teeth! The Teeth Fairies box set contains an adorable fairy and beautifully illustrated hard cover book with pages that can be personalized. There is also a page in the back of the book to record tooth loss details.
When your child gets a loose tooth a fairy arrives at your home and the magic begins! Children must name their fairy and find her in their home every morning when she returns from Tooth Fairyland. It is the tooth fairy’s mission to watch over and record children’s dental habits and healthy eating choices. Her mission is complete and she becomes an official tooth fairy when your child places their fallen tooth in her crown pocket. Teeth Fairies know that it is never wise to wake a sleeping child, so no more fussing under anyone’s pillow! The last place she was will be the place where she leaves your child’s surprise. Your child’s special tooth fairy will return to them every time they get a loose tooth.
The great thing about Teeth Fairies is that it is a perfect gift for any time of year. Teeth Fairies is also a family keepsake. Kids lose over 20 baby teeth, so the set is meant to be used again and again to provide lasting memories and loads of fun for you and your children.

Teeth Fairies makes the process of baby tooth loss fun for kids and parents. The experience has a lot of flexibility in that parents can decide how often and how involved the Tooth Fairy visits are. By being able to name your own fairy and make it a personal, interactive experience, not only is the child’s fears of tooth loss diminished, but it also promotes imagination. And, best of all, the book and doll encourages children to take care of their teeth, thereby helping parents with what sometimes can be a daily struggle.
Teeth Fairies is the winner of the 2015 National Parenting Publication Silver Award, A NAPPA recognition is more than just a seal of approval. It signifies that a product has been rigorously evaluated against stringent criteria and that it stands out among hundreds of similar products from around the world. Products that receive the prestigious NAPPA award are quality products that parents and professionals can trust.
Teeth Fairies is approved by many leading pediatric dentists and a portion of the proceeds of the book goes to charities that promote dental health and children’s literacy. Ingrid and her team have also created an interactive, fun and informative website that is a great resource for parents, including tips from a leading pediatric dentist and how to use the doll, and games and apps for kids.

  1. Wow, what a great way to stay organized! I could have used this, I have baby teeth all around that I won’t get rid of! And I never kept a list for the dentist, luckily his mouth is now perfect after three years of braces!

  2. Yes, a very cute idea. We’ve lost 2 bottom teeth already, so I PINNED it for later use. My son will love keeping track of his own lost teeth!!!
