A few weeks ago I shared that we were going to be trying Instinct® Raw Boost® Mixers. We have incorporated Mixers into Dobby’s daily diet for two weeks now, and I wanted to share our experience.
In case you missed my first post, Mixers are an easy way for you to incorporate raw food into your dog’s diet. Mixers, available at your local PetSmart, can be used as a topper or mixer with whatever food you are already feeding. There are four different proteins available for dogs – beef, chicken, lamb, and turkey. There are also two varieties for cats – chicken and turkey. We’ve been feeding the Chicken.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve learned that it’s super easy to add protein to Dobby’s diet. All natural grain-free Mixers are freeze-dried and require no special storage, so I just pour some right out of the bag when preparing his bowl, using it as a topper. The natural ingredients promote proper digestion and increased energy, as well as provide pure animal protein for lean muscles and strong bones, and nutritious oils for healthy skin and coat.

We find the way Dobby eats Mixers to be pretty funny. Dobby will take a mouthful of food, including Mixers. He then drops the food onto the floor and eats just the Mixers. Once he’s picked all of the Mixers out of the bowl he then goes and eats all of his food.

I can’t help but enjoy Dobby’s reaction to Mixers. It sounds messy but it isn’t as he always cleans up after himself. He obviously loves the Mixins. I can tell not only by the way he eats his food, but also by how excited he gets when he knows it’s time to eat.

You can purchase instinct Raw Boost Mixers from PetSmart. They are currently on sale for a limited time. Pricing is 3 for $5 for the trial size, and 20% off the 4oz bag. This special offer runs through January 31st.
You can learn more about Raw Boost Mixers and other grain-free products on the Instinct website. You can also keep up with the brand on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Nature’s Variety. The opinions and text are all mine.

I got some of this for my dog, and he loves it. I haven’t been giving it to him long enough to see any health benefits yet, but he certainly gobbles it down.
I have heard a lot about the benefits of a raw food diet for pets. These raw food mixers sound like a great choice.
This sounds like a great dog food mix in. I will share this with my friends and family that have dogs.
That sounds like a great brand of food. I betcha my Milo would like it, too!
It definitely sounds like he likes those mixers. I’d be happy to treat the pets to some raw mixers with each meal.
This sounds like a great addition to my dog’s meals! I will have to check it out. I like that it is raw food.
What a fun option to mix it up for pet doggy! I will have to see about these for Jenny the pug!
This is a great way to change up your dogs food. I will have to share this with my Sister. She has two spoiled little fur babies.
Bet my boxer would love these!
I love that your dog sorts his own food to get the stuff he likes the best! Hilarious! Great to know about this product. Will have to try it on our dog.
There are days when I feel like I need the extra protein too. This is a great boost for dogs
THat’s so cute, espcially since he cleans up after himself. The way he eats you can tell he really likes it.
My dog is like family so I want him to have the best. I’ve been buying mixers & they’ve been a big hit.
Your dog is so cute! I can’t believe he sorts his own food. I think I should get some raw boost mixers for my dog.
Your dog is adorable! Great review. I think my dog could use some extra protein now that I think about it. Might have to try this!
