When we go to bed at night I can always hear our living room clock ticking. My husband can’t hear it, but then he doesn’t hear lots of things. It’s very distracting when I’m trying to go fall asleep. It’s probably because it’s cheaply made. I actually have a pattern of buying cheap clocks. That’s probably why they don’t last very long. My husband and I have been married over 21 years and we have never owned any good clocks. I’ve always half hoped to receive a clock as a gift for a special occasion but it didn’t happen.
I’m thinking we should treat ourselves, so I started looking for a clock I’d like. 1-800-4clocks.com carries an unbelievable amount of clocks in all different styles. I found a Howard Miller clock that I like and I already know where I’d put it. It’s a gorgeous oak quartz wall clock that plays chimes. I would hang it on the wall near the big tv so everyone that came into the house could see it. If I really want that clock then it’s time to save my pennies. In the meantime this famous clock company is planning on offering free and customized clocks to be used on websites and blogs.
