Million Dollar Arm is based on a true story about two India men who get a chance through a starving sports agent JB who runs a contest Million Dollar Arm. JB goes all over India trying to find fast pitchers to bring back to the U.S. and to learn the sport of baseball. Over time he realizes they aren’t doing their best without his support and being there for them. There is also a little love story integrated with JB and his tenant ,who also shows him that the boys from India need him. At the end of it all they become great pitchers and get signed. It was a great feel good movie and I recommend it for any baseball fan or sports lover.

My Daughter was telling me about this movie and that it is based on a true story. She wants me to watch it with her. It looks good.
We missed it in the theater and was hoping it would be out on DVD before Christmas! Really want to see it!
This sounds like a heart warming story with lots of life lessons included, just what I would expect from Disney!
The followup is one returned home to India and the other played a while and moved on.
