My son really enjoys the popular Angry Birds game. It’s a game he understands and can enjoy while still being challenged, so he plays it often. He was so excited when he saw these books. His favorite by far was the Angry Birds Poster Collection, a book containing 40 color Angry Birds posters. We are going to frame a couple of his favorites once we can determine what they are, right now he’s just loving them all. The Angry Birds: The Complete Sticker Collection was his next favorite. Once he understood they were stickers he was all over that book! I may run out of paper at the rate he’s enjoying sticking them all. My son can’t understand many of the words in The Stella and the Hunt for the Jade Egg: An Angry Birds Story Book, but that isn’t stopping him from enjoying it anyway. There are lots of sketches in the book that he’s enjoyed looking at. Piggy Island Heroes is still a bit old for my son, but he’s stashed it in his room anyway.
I love to read. I always have. As a child when I was supposed to be practicing dance I’d turn on music loud and then sit and read a book. And now you know why I don’t dance well, LOL. I’m a great believer that reading can be, and should be, fun. I think it’s great that Insight Kids was able to make these colorful and fun books featuring characters that are known and loved. They carry a range of great books covering a wide age span so be sure to check them out if you’re looking to stock up on some fun summer reading for your kids.
Does your child enjoy reading or having stories read to them? Who’s their favorite about? Please leave a comment, I’d really like to know!

My boys love Angry Birds, too, so they would be all over these! They still like being read to, but I like it when they read to me now 🙂
We just got our Grandson a book that has his name through out the book. He was very happy to see his name in print. He would also like this Angry Birds Book
You have a very handsome model and he seems quite interested in his book. I think personalized books and any book is a great gift for children of all ages. You are never to young to learn the value of a book read.
These really do look like fun books. And I love Angry Birds (the kids do too 😉 ). LOL at the dancing tidbit. I can’t dance a lick, but I can’t blame it on reading (though I did do a lot of reading when I was young…still do when I can). 🙂
My nephew would love these books. He loves anything Angry Birds.
Angry birds seem to be a thing many kids enjoy. I am glad to see your son enjoying the book. They all look like a great collection.
We love reading at our house. My son loves the Captain Underpants series too!
It’s amazing how Angry Birds started out as a game and now has become so much more!
Grandma then I read to my first two; after she passed on, I continued to read to the last two as well as all grand kids. #1 child devoured all books esp. mysteries; #2 not an avid reader favored Star Wars; #3, a reluctant reader at best, loved MM; #4 was into comics big time.
It is amazing just how far Angry Birds has come, sounds like there is some fantastic books coming out this spring 🙂 x
