Oleander, one of my favorite bands for many years, has a new album out that released yesterday. One of their older songs, “Champion”, makes me think of my parents. Life is so short, and we never know what tomorrow will bring. I was talking with someone yesterday about my point of view as a child vs my point of view of my childhood now. I don’t tell them enough how much I love them and how much I appreciate them. The lyrics from “Champion” say it all. Love you Mom and Dad. Thank you for everything and always being there for me.
