I admit I’m not a big fan of Google +. It’s awkward to me. But if you have anything to do with social media and blogging, you know that you can’t completely ignore it. It’s one of those things that you just have to learn about and deal with, and hope it eventually leaves the room. Like that one drunken relative that everyone seems to have. Anyway. A lot of people didn’t realize that there’s a way to rearrange the photos within the slideshow. Here’s how you do it. (FYI, this post presumes that you’ve already created your slideshow. If you haven’t, go do it and I’ll wait.)
Log into Google +. Once in Google + click on Photos, on the left.

You’ll get a screen that looks something like this.

On the top, click on Albums. You’ll get something that looks like this.

Click on the album that you want to rearrange. Not so much to do anything, but so that you’ll know what was where before you moved it.
This is what my album looked like before rearranging the pictures.

In a second tab go to https://picasaweb.google.com.
Click on the album whose pictures you want to rearrange. It’ll look something like this.

Click on organize.

Drag the pictures into the order you want them in, one at a time.

Click done.

This is what mine looked like after rearranging the pictures.

Go back into your Google + tab and the album should be in the new order. Even the cover photo will likely be different.

That’s it!

Onde only? Am forwarding this to my other half for his information.
