Went out taking photographs yesterday. I found this “woman” in the lot of a pottery/antique store. I’m not 100% sure what she’s made of since I didn’t touch her but it looked like stone to me. I just thought she was interesting, partially because she has a tank top and pants on as part of the design.

I didn’t notice the tank top initially. You’re right…it really is interesting. Have a great week and thanks for hosting.
Thanks for visiting!
It’s totally a female Buddha! haha
I agree, but usually all the male buddhas I’ve seen looked basically the same. I wonder if this one was made for a specific person?
I like the bottm picture better. Good shot.
this is a great WW picture!
Thank you!
i love it, a girl buddha!!
Yes I thought of her along the lines of a girl buddha as well.
Definitely very interesting and unique! 😀
Neat! I didn’t see the tank top until I looked closely.
She was neat. Yes, she has pants too.
I love finding little odd things like this at garden centers. I never would have noticed the tank top!
They had some really neat things, I’ll be posting another one next week for WW. I’d like to find other similar places in the area, they were interesting to visit and see the different things and take photos.
Wow how interesting ~ I wonder if the sculpter modeled this after a certain person!

I’m thinking they must have modeled her after someone.
I know someone whose yard I would like to put her in! (lol, I’m so mean!)
I can tell you where the business is, they had lots of pottery and other interesting pieces. I bet she’d be expensive to ship though.
Thank you for visiting Wordless Wednesday. I appreciate you stopping by and sharing your photo this week! I hope to see you again soon.
Have a great weekend… it’s coming soon!
