Well Tom got sick and missed school, he stayed home with Dad while I was battling off in Trenton.
Both of them showed. They looked very unhappy to be there. When they were sworn in I couldn’t help but giggle out loud, as I guessed they’d lie anyway, which they did. I only won a minimal amount. My two larger claims in the complaint could not be awarded to me because they lied under oath and I had no written proof. I can still appeal. If nothing else the day cost them both a day of work, gas money there, and the amount of my award. As far as my causing their aggravation – that’s priceless and made it all worth it. And I’m just warming up.
