Well I got a sample of Idahoan loaded baked flavor mashed potatoes in the mail the other day. I wasn’t feeling up to eating anything quickly available so I decided to give this a try. I dumped the package in a bowl and added water and nuked it for a couple of minutes. The resulting bowl of mashed potatoes was very creamy and tasty. They were surprisingly fluffy, and not gritty or grainy at all. I liked the flavor, and think I will buy some if I see it in the store.
