This week’s Heads or Tails prompt is “Three Things”.
The instructions for this week are to tell three things you learned in 2008. You can list educational, moral, political, spiritual, physical, intellectual, mental.. anything you like. You can even do sets of threes if you’re really ambitious. You can be as specific or general as you wish.
Here’s my answers.
1. I have learned that when you like your job the days don’t drag by as much as they do when you hate your job.
2. I have learned that good friends can be found in unexpected places.
3. The biggie for me. Literally. I have learned that I am no longer a happy fat person and want to be thinner and healthier.

#1 and #2 are wonderful things to have learned. It’s your #3 that stands out for me. I know I should lose weight and get healthier, but it’s so much easier telling myself I’ll so something about it tomorrow or next week/month/year.
