I took these this morning when I got up. My truck is enormous, it’s one of the biggest made and at one point I couldn’t see it. The wind is blowing and uncovered part of the side. I haven’t seen a single car or plow on our street. The only sign of life that I’ve even seen outside is my son’s friend from across the street. It took him fifteen minutes to trudge a path to our door. When I opened the door he fell on his butt into the snow. It was hard not to laugh. CJ keeps looking out the window and saying “wow, snow, wow”. I’ve got coffee and even some cheesecake and have the Sirius on. It’s good to be on vacation.

Oh wow – you did get blitzed!
Hubby begins shoveling us out today with a friend’s snow plow hopefully.
